The campaign called "3 Days of Activism" was held online during the period 19-21 January 2026. Partner organizations along with the support of students and young people created original content that was shared through the social media platforms. Together, they created one awareness video for each day and they shared them through the Facebook page of the project and the social media of partner organizations, conveying the message of the project and augmenting the reaching audience. To ensure full accessibility and equal participation, all three campaign videos produced include subtitles. This decision reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive digital environment where every individual can engage with the content without barriers.
Young people and youth workers picked up crayons to turn simple linen bags into powerful canvases. Each bag illustrates a personal story related to our digital lives—the highs, the lows, and the path to balance. To bridge the gap between art and information, we’ve integrated QR codes on every bag, linking directly to our project website. By carrying these bags in their daily lives, our team members become "walking ambassadors," sparking conversations and spreading our message wherever they go.

Taking on the “Yi Wang” Challenge—a viral social media trend, we featured a rhythmic hand-dance and body-movement routine—to mirror the repetitive cycles of online behavior. While following the beat, our youth workers and youth participants expressed a series of contradictory statements that define the internal struggle of addiction. By using a viral trend to critique the platforms themselves, we are exploring the "addiction side" of our digital lives and challenging ourselves to recognize the habits that often go unnoticed.

For the final day of our campaign, we are highlighting the power of unity. Internet and social media addiction is a challenge that knows no borders, affecting young people in every corner of the world. Our project team co-wrote a unified message reflecting our shared vision for a healthier digital future. To demonstrate that this issue transcends nationality, each partner filmed this message in both their native language and in English. Regardless of the language we speak, the struggles we face and the solutions we build are the same. Together, we are raising our voices to promote balance, mindfulness, and well-being in the digital age.
